小贴士1,加汤时,放入的是清水,因为没有鸡汤,但我放入了浓汤汁,或鲜鸡汁,提鲜!2,炸鱼块时,一定要掌握油温和火候,炸至金黄色并定型及时捞出。3,小火炖时一定不要盖盖子,这样才能使瓦鱼块保持原型
